Meet emma and emmET
Two examples of the air sensor platforms we have developed are described below – emma and emmET.
emma – environmental multi-pollutant monitoring assembly
Described in detail in Gillooly et al. (2019), this platform was developed for our HOME study to understand key drivers of indoor air pollutant exposure within dense urban areas.
emmET (environmental mult-pollutant monitor – Extended Time)
This platform was developed for our RECAP study to understand indoor air pollutant exposure variability over a 3-month period, as a potential risk factor for male reproductive outcomes (semen quality and effects on the sperm epigenome).
